A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment and will serve as your default method of payment.
A 3.7% processing fee will be added on for all credit/debit card payments.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment with Carly, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can make changes to your appointments through your original confirmation email.
Please note: Any appointments not canceled within 48hrs are subject to a 50% service cancellation fee.
